local false sign rates (LFSR) from multivariate adaptive
shrinkage (mash) to identify likely shared but underpowered
features. Variant-level analysis classifies fine-mapped
variants by regulatory mechanism, with 25 mutually exclusive
QTL patterns collapsing into eight mechanism categories that
